Linda C Pfingst is a certified public accountant and Managing Member
of Linda C. Pfingst, CPA, LLC. Linda graduated from Rutgers, New
Brunswick, NJ in 1983 with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration. Linda went on to work for such companies as
AT&T and General Electric. It wasn't long before she realized her path
was not in corporate America as an employee but rather as an
entrepreneur helping other individuals and companies succeed.
In 1988 Linda returned to Rutgers, taking additional accounting courses
while operating a full charge bookkeeping service and raising her first
son. Now, 20 years later, the business has grown into a staffed certified
public accounting practise with many valued clients.
The hands of fate lead Linda into the non profit business sector in which
she has become a subject matter expert. Aligning her goals with those of
her not for profit clients has resulted in many strategically successful
partnerships. Linda is able to see beyond the numbers and craft visions
for newly developing charities as well as provide guidance on continuing
operations of well established organizations. She maintains this business
management acumen to all clients as well as adhering to CPA licensure
requirements of 120 hours of continuing professional education.
Linda resides in Kingwood Township, NJ with her husband Peter
Oesterwinter and their two children, Jessica and Joshua. Both Linda and
her husband are active in their community and volunteer at school and in
sports activities. In May 2008 Linda and her husband received the NJ
State General Assembly Citation from then Assemblywoman Marcia A.
Karrow, for volunteering their time and talent to the students and staff
of Kingwood Township School.
